Top notch product for jet fighter gaming, 9/15/2009 Reviewer: Fabrice Taloni (Paris, Paris) I just received my 2.5 inch flight stands yesterday and immediatly proceeded to glueing 4mm magnets on top of the peg and under my 1/300 modern jets. And it works perfectly! These flight stands provide a very stable base to game with quite large aircraft such as F4 Phantoms, F15s, Tornados, Mig 29s etc, even with 3 inch flight pegs. The quality is perfect. Clear plastic emphasizes the painting work on the aircraft and provide very attractive pieces to game with. I also thank the Litko team for the speady shipping and delivery to mainland Europe. Great product !   Not optimal for larger 1/300 models, 11/24/2008 Reviewer: Charles Stevens (Fairfax, VA) As usual, the quality of Litko's products is superb; fit and finish are great and the flight stands are both attractive and unobtrusive. The only reason I don't rate this product higher is that I think the diameter of the flight pegs is insufficient for larger 1/300 models such as heavy bombers and jet fighters. I wouldn't even consider using these for my B-29 models, for example. I'd like to see Litko offer the same range of aircraft stand products with substantially thicker and sturdier flight pegs, particularly before the jet age expansion for the "Check Your Six!" rules is released in 2010.
