Another thing that sets us apart from our competitors is the short lead times that we are able to provide. We like to think in terms of days, or at most a week or two, not a month or two. Shorter lead times can save you money by allowing you to be a more nimble OEM. If your stock is low and are unable to provide your customers with kits, you're losing money. We know your pain and can work with you to keep you ahead of your competition.

We laser cut model aircraft kits and parts on our 12x24 inch laser cutting system. Our laser system has 30 Watts of laser power and is capable of cutting the following common model aircraft materials:

• Balsa, up to 1/4 inch
• Lite-Ply, up to 1/8 inch
  This is also known as poplar ply
• Birch Ply, up to 1/8 inch
  This is also known as "aircraft grade" ply

We are able to cut aircraft grade birch ply using a proprietary process that minimizes edge burning and surface scorching that commonly occurs with this material.

We transform your drawings into cutting templates using our 3D CAD system. We can accept computer drawing files in just about any format. Cutting templates are sent to our laser-cutting system DIRECTLY from CAD, not from an image or photo program. This allows us to provide you with superior accuracy. We can account for laser kerf (cut-width) so parts come our exactly as you intended.
