Model Aircraft Laser Cutting for The Individual Modeler

We can laser cut your model aircraft kits and parts on our 12x24 inch laser cutting system. All we need from you are computer drawing files (in just about any format), and details of what materials you need the parts made out of.

Our laser system has 30 Watts of laser power and is capable of cutting the following common model aircraft materials:

• Balsa, up to 1/4 inch
• Lite-Ply, up to 1/8 inch
  This is also known as poplar ply
• Birch Ply, up to 1/8 inch
  This is also known as "aircraft grade" ply

We are able to cut aircraft grade birch ply using a proprietary process that minimizes edge burning and surface scorching that commonly occurs with this material.
