Wings of War compatible bases, 7/17/2008 Reviewer: Matthew Thomas (parma, OH) These are very nicely done bases and will be great to use in the game. I would probably have gone with 4.5 stars if there was that option. The bases I received are perfect size and have a nice weight to them. The have a light brown underside/backing that peels off. This might be left on as it seems to help keep the base in place on the table better than the glass smooth acrylic. My only slight issue is that the etched lines seem to be a little lighter than pictured.
