I had Litko create a set of D&D 4th edition tokens (minions, brutes, huge bases, etc.) out of the plastic with color coding and etching and I gotta say they work fantastic! The quality is top notch.

The idea of custom counters is good however on all the tokens that I purchased the printing is to light and hard to see. I chose black counters thinking the printing would stand out but it is very light and hard to read, I am not sure if they will be suitable for gaming so may have been a waste of money.
**Note from the Litko Team:
Our custom tokens are not "printed", the tokens are laser marked. You can fill in the marking with a white wax crayon to help "brighten" the etching.

Lovely Custom Hexes for Miniatures, 5/5/2008

I spent over a month looking for just the right hex base for a set of custom miniatures I was working on. As simple as it sounded, I just couldn't find attractive, unslotted 1 in hex bases! Fortunately via Google and some great miniatures forums, I kept coming back to references to Litko. It wasn't at all expensive, so I thought I'll take a chance on this. The online order system is brilliant, I immediately received confirmation of my order, and within 2 weeks I had a set of black acrylic bases that exceeded my expectations. They're so nice looking, in fact, that I decided to leave them as-is, and not cover them with terrain basing. 5 stars to Litko, and I'll be back again!
